Digital Designer - Content & Campaigns

At New Black, we’re looking for a digitally native Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, content, and performance. This is not a traditional design role. It’s about shaping ideas into stories, campaigns, and content that capture attention and drive measurable business results.

You think in concepts, not just visuals. You understand how content behaves across channels and design with clear intent. Whether that is engagement, conversion, or revenue impact. You combine creativity with a strong commercial instinct and know how to translate brand thinking into work that performs.

About your role

What you’ll do

  • Conceptualise and create high-impact marketing content and campaigns
  • Translate ideas into compelling visual stories across digital channels
  • Design content that drives measurable business outcomes (engagement, conversion, growth)
  • Work closely with marketing, brand, and commercial teams to align creative with business goals
  • Contribute to website experiences with a strong content-first and conversion-focused mindset
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance, data, and insights

What we’re looking for

What you bring

  • A strong digital-first mindset and instinct for what works online
  • Proven experience with marketing content and social campaigns
  • Excellent sense of language, storytelling, and concept development
  • A clear commercial mindset with the ability to connect creative work to business impact
  • Experience working with KPIs and optimizing content for performance
  • The ability to turn ideas into engaging, high-performing content
  • Confidence working in Figma
  • Affinity with website design from a content and conversion perspective

  • Familiarity with Sanity CMS
  • Experience working with RFP processes and external vendors
