We're expanding our capacity to help globally operating brands and retailers transform their digital experiences. You'll join our team working on exciting headless commerce projects, helping customers rebuild their portals and websites to harness the power of headless architecture.

As customer demand grows, we need a talented React Developer who can take technical leadership on these transformations while other team members handle project management and client relations.

About your role

In This Role, You Will:

• Build and maintain advanced, scalable React applications powering headless commerce experiences for globally recognized brands and retailers.
• Lead the technical direction on customer projects, making smart architecture and implementation decisions that enable future flexibility and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - designers, backend engineers, PMs, and clients - to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Own the full development lifecycle, from design and architecture through testing, optimization, and deployment.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices while contributing to the continuous improvement of our development process and tools.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and best practices in the React ecosystem; and think critically about when and how to apply them.
• Champion innovation: you're intrigued by Agentic AI and excited about creating AI skills to solve problems smarter, not just falling back on manual coding patterns.

What You Bring

We are specifically looking for a Nerd that already has the following skills:

• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to architect and build scalable web applications and understand the full development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests, debugging complex issues, and ensuring code quality across the stack.
• Understanding of headless commerce principles, API-first development.
• Strong grasp of performance optimization, you know how to keep applications fast, responsive, and user-friendly under real-world load.
• Technical leadership capability: you can make sound architectural decisions, mentor others, and set high standards for code and collaboration.
• Curiosity about AI and agentic development - you're not afraid to experiment with new approaches and eager to explore how AI can augment development workflows.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills; able to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English, with excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Affinity with retail, e-commerce, and digital transformation, you understand the stakes and the opportunities.
