We’re on the hunt for a Business Analyst who’s more than just a requirements writer, someone who thrives in tech-driven environments and knows how to connect the dots between data, customer needs, and product impact.
In this role, you’ll be the analytical backbone of the Product Circle, turning insights into improvements and ideas into tangible results. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define, validate, and deliver features that make our platform, and our clients, even stronger.

About your role
You’re the link between our business vision and our technical reality. As a Business Analyst at New Black, you help shape EVA by diving deep into data, customer needs, and process details, then turn them into clear, actionable solutions for our teams. You don’t just analyze; you connect, translate, and improve, every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
- Turn insights into action: Analyze product performance, data, and test results to identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into clear, structured tickets.
- Shape the product vision: Collect and refine customer and stakeholder requests, define acceptance criteria, and align priorities together with the Product Owner.
- Visualize and validate ideas: Create or request concept designs, validate them with stakeholders, and ensure alignment before development starts.
- Be the team’s connector: Act as the go-to person for developers, testers, documentation writers, and the product owner, helping to remove blockers and clarify requirements.
- Safeguard quality: Collaborate across teams to make sure every release delivers on functionality, usability, and business value.
- Continuously improve: Use data and feedback to iterate on both the product and our internal processes.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar analytical/product-facing role.
- Solid understanding of Agile practices and project management principles.
- Technical affinity, you’re comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and system logic.
- Affinity with retail and commerce, ideally with experience in an omnichannel environment
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and data analysis platforms (nice to have).
- Excellent analytical and writing skills, you know how to turn complexity into clarity.
- A sharp eye for detail combined with a practical mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, you enjoy being the bridge between business and tech.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
