About your role
As a Senior React Native Developer at New Black, you will lead the development of a large-scale application that integrates deeply with our EVA platform. You'll work on complex features, ensure high performance, and help deliver a seamless, cross-platform user experience for top global brands.
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain advanced, secure, and scalable React Native apps.
- Lead feature development with direct impact on millions of users.
- Ensure code quality with automated testing and performance monitoring.
- Own the full development lifecycle - from design to deployment.
- Collaborate in an agile environment with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders.
- Continuously explore new tech to drive innovation and improve product capabilities.
What You Bring
- Have hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript.
- Know how to turn UI/UX designs into smooth, efficient, and maintainable app interfaces.
- Understand the platform lifecycle and how to interact with RESTful APIs effectively.
- Write unit and integration tests, and know how to debug tricky issues across platforms.
- Care deeply about performance, keeping the app fast, responsive, and user-friendly.
- Lead by example - sharing your knowledge, mentoring others, and setting high standards for code and collaboration.
- Take full ownership of complex projects, from technical decisions to successful deployment.
- Stay ahead of the curve with new tools, libraries, and trends - and know when (and when not) to adopt them.
