How to refund an order

Although not all products might live up to expectations, we can ensure the refund flow is easy and satisfactory. No matter where a customer or their products may come from, every store is capable of handling it by default.

Step 1

Scan the receipt

Create a return order

Tap ‘Create Return’.  Select the product you’d like to return and tap  ‘Next’.

Step 3

Select stock location

Tap ‘Stock Location’ and select the right stock location.

Step 4

Select return reason

Tap ‘Return Reason’ and select the return reason.

Step 5

Go to the checkout

Tap ‘Done’ to go back to your basket. Tap the blue button to go to the checkout.

Step 6

Refund the order

Tap ‘Auto Refund’ to refund the money.

Go to the checkout

Tap ‘Done’ to go back to your basket. Tap the blue button to go to the checkout.

Refund the order

Tap ‘Auto Refund’ to refund the money.
