EVA can replace multiple disconnected retail systems by bringing POS, OMS, store apps, stock logic, customer context, and headless commerce onto one platform. Instead of separate tools for each channel or function, EVA gives you one operational foundation across stores, ecommerce, fulfilment, and customer journeys. That does not mean every external system always disappears. ERP, WMS, CRM, or specialist tools can still stay in place where needed. But EVA is designed to remove a lot of the fragmentation in the commerce layer and replace “multiple systems trying to stay in sync” with one connected model. ### How does EVA handle order fulfillment across channels? EVA uses OMS and order orchestration to route orders across channels based on stock, location, and fulfilment logic. That is what enables flows like Ship-from-Store, Click & Collect, Delivery to Store, and Endless Aisle without treating each one as a separate workaround. In practice, EVA decides where an order should be fulfilled, keeps the stock and transaction state aligned, and supports the operational steps behind it, including shipment handling, label printing, tracking, and receiving. So fulfilment across channels is handled as one connected process, not as disconnected channel logic. ### Does EVA support financial reconciliation? EVA supports financial reconciliation through the Control App, including financial periods, cash journals, variance handling, ledger reporting, and end-of-day reporting. It also supports payment reconciling. ### Can EVA support global retail operations? EVA is built to support global retail operations across countries, channels, and store networks. It supports country-specific payment configuration, local tax, fiscal and audit flows, and one order layer that keeps fulfilment, transactions, and reconciliation aligned across markets. ### How does EVA improve operational efficiency?
